Halloween Gnomes cross stitch pattern
This listing is to purchase the Halloween Gnomes cross stitch pattern. This was previously released as a stitchalong, and the full pattern is now available. Halloween Gnomes is a cute, fun and easy to stitch design to stitch for Halloween.
The pattern is designed to be framed in an 8 inch hoop if you stitch on 14 count fabric. The pattern can be stitched and framed in the same hoop, so it can easily be finished off and hung up quickly. However, if you don’t have a hoop it’ll still look great in a frame, or stitched on different count aida.
If you’re not already in the ‘Climbing Goat Designs stitchers’ Facebook group, please come and join us there if you’d like to chat and share your progress: https://www.facebook.com/groups/climbinggoatdesigns/ or search for the group name on Facebook. And to share on Instagram the stitchalong hashtag is #HalloweenGnomesSAL
The pattern uses full cross stitches and a small amount of backstitch.
You will receive two 7-page pattern booklet PDFs, one with colour patterns and one with black & white patterns. The booklets contain:
• Image of the completed piece
• The full pattern on one page, for screen use
• The full pattern over two pages, for printing
• Pattern of the central gnome so it can be stitched without being split over two pages
• Instructions and thread key
You will also receive full cross stitch instructions.
The stitched area of the finished piece is: 102 stitches wide x 102 stitches high
On 14 count aida (or 28 count evenweave stitched over 2) this is approximately
7.3 x 7.3 inches or 18.5 x 18.5 cm
Other count fabrics can be used - just adjust the sizing accordingly.
These dimensions do not include the border of fabric you will need to leave around the design. I recommend you leave a further 2-3 inches all the way round (which means that you need to add 4-6 inches to your size measurements).
You will need 15 DMC colours - less than 1 skein of each colour.
The pattern was model stitched on 14 count Permin Christmas Blue aida.
Suitable for all skill levels including beginner.
This listing is for PDFs of this pattern; it is not a completed piece nor a kit, so no fabric, thread or other materials are included. The charts are Instant Download so you can start stitching straight away!
A link to the downloads will be sent to the email address you give when you order. There will also be a link to download the files directly from the completed order page.
