This set of mini sports patterns are ideal for anyone who loves swimming, cycling or running, or competing in triathlons! You will receive all three patterns. Larger versions of each heart are available here.

You will also receive a beginner's guide to cross stitching, explaining everything you need to know to stitch the patterns.

For all three hearts:
• Designs use full cross stitches; no backstitch or fractional stitches
• Stitch on fabric of your colour choice (images are shown on white fabric)
• Suitable for all skill levels including beginner
